Kasba

Kasba mixes North African rhythms with western tones into a great musical danceable sound. The band combines raï with rock, adds reggae and jazz and swings on with Gnawa.

Kasba consists of musicians with different musical backgrounds, rooted in Morocco and The Netherlands.

You’ll want to dance to this combination of different musical influences and the energy of the musicians.

Members of the group: Sami El Ghousli, Dieter vd Westen, Roel Denteneer, Khalid Jakhlal, Mark Nieuwenhuis and Lars Posthumus.
